Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options (where available):
- Standard Shipping – 5 to 8 business days
- Expedited Shipping – 2 to 4 business days
- Overnight / Next-Day Shipping – 1 business day (must be ordered before the daily cutoff time)
Please note that these time estimates apply after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout along with their eligibility criteria.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
- We only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer.
- Orders returned due to address errors may incur a reshipment fee before being resent.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim, but final resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation.
- For items damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials and photos, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may issue a replacement or store credit after review.
7. International & Out-of-Service Areas
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Some remote or non-serviceable regions in the U.S. may be ineligible for expedited or standard shipping. If your address falls within these areas, we will contact you with alternate options or issue a refund if necessary.
8. Undeliverable Packages & Returns
- Packages returned due to refusal, missed delivery, or address error may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- If we cannot reach you within 30 days, the order will be considered final and nonrefundable in accordance with our All Sales Final Policy.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address or method. Because all sales are final, cancellations are not available once processing begins.
